Sadly, women are still very much underrepresented in the music industry. According to a report by the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, women make up 21.7 percent of artists, 12.3 percent of songwriters and 2.1 percent of producers.
Show your support for equality in the arts and have a ton of fun this Saturday at JulieFest! We hope to see you there!
